Location of Recreational Vehicles and Outside Structures

In accordance with Four Winds Club, Inc. and Caroline County regulations, all recreational vehicles, sheds, porches, and other structures MUST be a minimum of five (5) feet inside property lines and fifteen (15) feet from the center of any road. The property owner is reponsible for property survey(s).

In accordance with Caroline County building code regulations,NEW Permanent Structures are allowed (see enclosed amended zoning ordinances). First obtain a building permit from Four Winds Club, Inc. ($5.00 required fee), take your approved Four Winds Club, Inc. building permit to the Caroline County zoning office and acquire a Caroline County building permit.

In accordance with Caroline County a "Storage Sheds" up to 150 square feet are permitted. You must obtain a "Caroline County Permit" from Caroline County Zoning office prior to placing your "Storage Shed" on your property.

In accordance with Caroline County a "Deck" up to 180 square feet and extend no further than ten (10) feet beyond the recreational vehicle is permitted. You must obtain a"Caroline County Permit" from Caroline County Zoning office prior to placing your "Deck" on your property.

In accordance with Caroline County a "Porch" up to 200 square feet and extend no further than ten (10) feet beyond the recreational vehicle. At least 50% of each porch wall shall be windows, screens, and/or doors. You must obtain a"Caroline County Permit" from Caroline County Zoning office prior to placing your "Porch" on your property.

In accordance with Caroline County a "Protective Cover" may be constructed above a recreational vehicle provided it extends no further then one (1) foot on any side of a recreational vehicle and a maximum height of the roof shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet. You must obtain a "Caroline County Permit" from Caroline County Zoning office prior to placing your "Protective Cover" on your property.
